Hello!
I have a quick question, I was searching around the web but still can't find how to identify the original ROM pre installed on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
I know that my device was made in Canada because is the version SM N900W8. And I had installed a ROM that I downloaded from sammobile.(Information added in the attachment), I upgrade it manually to the Android Version 4.4.3 and didn't save the information of the original one and at this very moment I'm having an issue with the "Android: GPS - Continuous Scanning or Unable to Fix/Lock Location". I tried solutions as http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2612757 but as far as I know this is related directly with the ROM that I had currently installed. I tried searching with the IMEI on http://www.imei.info/ and http://swappa.com/ but nothing related directly with the original ROM. Probably I'm missing some information regardless with the carrier that was made for, I'm currently located in Bogotá, Colombia.
Thanks in advance! :fingers-crossed:

Install Phone INFO ★Samsung★ app and check for the 'Original CSC Code' in the CSC INFO section.
If that doesn't help, I will show you another solution.

Thank you so much for the reply. Great application +5 recommended. But it only shows me the information that I currently have installed (Trinidad y Tobago ROM) [Information Attached]- It had pre installed some ROM for a Canadian carrier, but for mistake I didn't save the information of it. What is the alternative method to double check what was the original one?

What you want, definitely can't be seen.
You can only see the version of the current installed rom.

Well, I work for HTC and in the tool that we use here. That is possible, it shows you all the information about the device. Baseband, rom version, date of installation, kernel source, lenght of download OTA. I tried to contact Samsung with out any good response for security policies.

It depends on how you installed the rom. Sometimes the Original CSC remains and can be obtained with Phone INFO ★Samsung★ app.
Ok try another way: install Kies, connect your phone to PC, go to Tools > Firmware Upgrade and Initialization, enter your Model name, then S/N. Kies will show you original firmware information.

Thank you so much!! I really appreciate this. That was the information that I was looking for, now I know that my device is not from Canada, it was TELCEL Mexico, by the way is the same variant of the note 3 on Canada. :fingers-crossed::good: Now I hope I can fix the glitch with the GPS. (with the original ROM). I'm hoping now if the SIM unlock will remain if I do the forware upgrade and initialization from Kies.

Download mode shows your original Country code, no matter what CSC you flash
Turn off your phone, then press Volume Down + Bixby Button + Power button once for 4 seconds.
A blue screen will appear saying that do not flash non original firmware, press Volume Up.
A screen will come up saying at the top "ODIN MODE".
In this screen, you have some information about your device, but the one that we are intrested is a red line "CARRIER_ID: XXX"
That ID is your CSC code, no matter what firmware you install it on. Mine is PAN - the original - even though i currently have DBT installed.
and just press Volume Down + Power key for 7 seconds to restart to normal mode.

Your post is five years after question but more than that it does not apply to Note 3 .
FAQs
What is the difference between PDA and CSC? ›
PDA represents the "core" OS build, while CSC - "Consumer Software Customisation" or "Country Specific Code" (didn't find an official explanation of the acronym) - represents the region-specific customizations.
What is my CSC code? ›The card security code (CSC) is usually a 3 - or 4 - digit number, which is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is typically printed on the back of a credit card (usually in the signature field).
How to find PDA version in Android? ›- Get here the secret code for Android.
- Just dial *#*#1234#*#* to get PDA and Phone firmware information.
PDA represent your build version. e.g your current build is Build: GINGERBREAD.XXLA6, then PDA version of your ROM is XXLA6. again XX represend for countries, XX means it is for europian country. If suppose your build info contain DDLPA, then DD represens for India and PDA version is LPA, means that ROM is for India.
